Estimate this event
Chinese yuan · CNYOperating surplus = net receipts − cost of goods sold − losses and giveaways − event expenses. Taxes and any unentered labour or depreciation are excluded. Unsold stock ties up cash, so surplus is not net cash flow.
Three things to record when packing up
- Count what you bring home
Brought − returned − lost or given away = sold. Include resalable customer returns in the quantity brought home.
- Record actual receipts
Total receipts by product after discounts and refunds. List price multiplied by quantity can overstate receipts.
- Include all event expenses
Stall and travel fees affect the result too. Do not count product costs again under expenses.

No custom services, online stock sync or tax filing. v2 passed native formula recalculation in LibreOfficeDev 26.8. Scoped checks passed in WPS macOS 12.1.26046: sample amount recalculation, invalid stock and missing-input guards, expense confirmation and cross-sheet links, and save/reopen. This does not establish compatibility for every scenario. Excel and mobile workbook use remain untested. v1 was previously delivered publicly, and removal of its public copy has not been confirmed. We do not claim the old version is now private.

Before you use it
Is this an online bookkeeping system?
No. The webpage is a free single-event calculator. The optional pack is a locally downloaded spreadsheet. You do not need to share business records with us.
Does it calculate cash flow?
It estimates operating surplus. Inventory purchases, deposits, credit sales and refunds from previous events affect cash flow. This version does not keep a cash ledger or inventory across events.
How does the free checklist differ from the paid pack?
The free checklist provides column headings for manual records. The paid Chinese workbook adds formulas and input checks. Try the free tools first to see whether this way of recording suits you.
